Peter Swarowski is the COO for Intelligent Technical Solutions. He manages ITS’ operations, reactive, and proactive teams, and primarily focuses on removing roadblocks for them so they can deliver quality service.
At the beginning of his IT career, Peter started out as a technician and gained a lot of experience and certifications from dealing with technical issues. Thanks to his background, he collaborates effortlessly with his team leads on IT problems and system suggestions. He thrives in finding the best solutions for ITS’ clients.
Peter finds working in IT and enabling others to meet their potential fulfilling. He loves solving issues, while also providing his staff with opportunities for growth.
Before working in IT, Peter was a professional poker player but now plays poker recreationally instead. He’s much happier working in IT as his career, limiting poker to his spare time, and spending most of his days with his wife and two children.
