Mike Rhea

Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at ITS

Mike Rhea is the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Intelligent Technical Solutions (ITS), responsible for all aspects of new logo sales, growing the company's revenue, and aligning with marketing to help achieve revenue targets. He began his role at ITS in May 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience in sales leadership and revenue growth. 

Mike’s career began in banking, where he achieved notable success before transitioning to the tech industry in 2013. Before joining ITS, Mike worked at a Managed IT service provider (MSP) where he played a key role in the company scaling from 80 employees and $18 million in annual revenue to 800 employees and $180 million in revenue in less than 6 years.  

His efforts in building and expanding the sales team, developing sales processes, and aligning sales strategies with marketing led to a 26% year-over-year growth in organic new logo sales.   

Throughout his career, Mike has held several leadership positions in various tech companies, contributing to fast growth and successful acquisitions. For example, his sales and leadership roles at iCore Networks and XO Communications, both of which were acquired by larger corporations, further showcase his ability to drive success and lead high-performing sales teams. 

Mike is a former football player and World Champion Martial Artist. Today he lives in Virginia with his wife and two children.  Mike is now an avid soccer and gymnastics fan due to his children's interests. In his free time, he loves spending time with his family, traveling, and working out.  

Mike is passionate about helping his team grow personally, professionally, and financially, believing that this focus will lead to the overall success of ITS.
