Matt Phillips is the Director of Business Impact at Intelligent Technical Solutions. One of his primary roles is to meet with clients to understand where their frustrations lie and help resolve those issues. Matt has a keen sense of business development and marketing, which he honed for over a decade before joining ITS. His thoughtfulness and sunny disposition have always made people gravitate towards him, helping him build rapport and enabling him to forge strong relationships with his clients and his team.
Matt has always had a strong passion for helping other businesses thrive despite having a completely different career before joining ITS. In fact, that is one of the reasons why he signed up with the company. According to him, the general sense of ITS as a company is to help everybody improve and grow, and that’s one of the things he loves about his job.
In his spare time, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, playing the ukulele, and taking care of his pet cats.
