Las Vegas, NV: Mike Rhea took up the mantle of Intelligent Technical Solutions’ new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) last May 6, 2024.
“Everyone’s been super welcoming,” Rhea said. “The onboarding experience was great... I’m soaking in a lot of information, but overall, the welcome has been just world-class.”
Rhea brings with him over a decade of leadership experience in sales, banking, and technology. He started out at Citibank and TD Bank, eventually transitioning into the IT space.
From selling phone systems and transitioning companies to hosted voice services, Rhea now changes the entire trajectory of the companies he joins. So far, he has:
- Helped grow a company from 80 employees and $18 million in revenue to 800 employees and $180 million in revenue.
- Achieved an impressive 26% year-over-year growth in organic new logo sales.
- Enabled multimillion-dollar mergers in previous organizations.
Rhea also has a clear vision for his stay at ITS – both for the company and for his team.
“My goal here is to help us exceed our revenue goals,” he explained. “We have identified some goals of what we want to get to as a company for our stakeholders.”
