Fixed fee unlimited support. Our IT Protectorate program will monitor and protect your entire network 24 hours a day. We offer a variety of levels of service to suit any business environment.
Instant remote support. Thanks to new software we’ve recently invested in, we can now securely access and support your network right over the Internet. This means no more waiting around for a technician to show up, and most problems can be fixed in a few minutes flat!
Troubleshooting and problem solving on all networks and PCs. No solution is beyond our reach. We employ a creative team of certified technicians with the practical knowledge to address your issues and keep your business up and running!
Hardware installation and support. As an authorized reseller for many top-tier hardware vendors, ITS has the buying power to purchase upgrades, replacement parts and entire new systems with competitive rates and discounted pricing. We also have the knowledge to install and maintain any imaginable hardware configuration.
Virus and spyware removal and protection. Nothing has the potential to bring down your network like malicious viruses and spyware! Our IT Protectorate program will monitor your computers 24 hours a day and will not only block these nasty applications, but will clean those it detects and alert our help desk to potential problems. When manual removal is necessary, our technicians have the tools to take out the worst of these offenders.
Firewall and security solutions. Is your network protected from external attacks? Does your internet connection crawl along at dial-up speeds? ITS can provide your business with a corporate-level firewall security solution that will block unsafe attachments, as well as creating a custom configurable profile for blocking messenger programs, video and music streaming, file sharing programs, and other bandwidth-consuming applications.
